Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

What This Means

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. "Sale" includes exchanging personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" includes providing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our Practices

Myodo does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as cloud hosting and payment processing), but these are not considered "sales" under California law.

How to Opt Out

If you have a myodo account, you can enable "Do Not Sell or Share" in your Settings → Data Privacy page. This preference is honored immediately.

If you do not have an account, or prefer to submit a request another way, contact us:

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under California law.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation). If you have a myodo account, you can enable this in Settings → Data Privacy.
